By accessing and using My Boat Ticket, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through our platform for fast boat tickets to Nusa Penida, Gili Islands, Lombok, and other available destinations.

2. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made via our website or official customer support channels.
• Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full payment is received.
• You will receive a confirmation email or e-ticket upon successful payment.
• Please ensure that all passenger details (names, dates, routes) are correct before confirming.

3. Ticket Usage

• Fast boat tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the person(s) named in the booking.
• Valid ID may be required during check-in at the port.
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive at the departure port at least 30–60 minutes before scheduled departure.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a partial refund (depending on operator policy).
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are generally non-refundable.
• In case of trip cancellations due to weather, safety, or operator issues, passengers may choose a reschedule or full refund.
• All refund requests must be made via our support team and may take up to 7 working days to process.

5. Rescheduling

• You may request to change your travel date or time up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability and operator approval.
• Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may incur extra fees.

6. Travel Disclaimer

• My Boat Ticket is a ticketing platform and does not operate the fast boats directly.
• We work only with trusted boat operators. However, travel times, routes, and schedules may change due to weather or operational issues.
• We are not responsible for any delays, missed connections, or additional costs caused by unforeseen events or third parties.

7. Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers must ensure they have valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.).
• It is your responsibility to comply with local regulations, customs, and safety procedures.
• Oversized luggage and sports equipment (e.g., surfboards) may require additional fees or prior notice.

8. Liability

• My Boat Ticket shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during your journey.
• In no event shall we be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or services.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during booking is used solely for travel arrangements and communication.

10. Changes to Terms
